

The Ninety-Nines Scholarship Registry is a collection of scholarships offered by individuals, organizations, Chapters or Sections which will utilitize one application and set of instructions. Applications are collected and forwarded to the appropriate parties offering the scholarships. The Ninety-Nines do not review or judge the applications.
Please note: Unless otherwise noted in the deadlines below, the standard deadline is April 15. Deadlines may vary, so read each scholarship carefully for their application dates and rules.

This scholarship is offered to a Florida 99s Chapter member to be used for dual instruction for a Biennial Flight Review, Instrument Proficiency Check, toward a new rating or certificate, or ground and safety training. If using the scholarship toward the private certificate, a solo endorsement must have been accomplished.

The Daniel E. Offutt III Trust Scholarship is being offered to a current Southeast Section 99s member, nearing completion of a certificate.
This Scholarship covers all expenses related to the check ride – including aircraft rental and examiner fee up to $2,000.

2. your CFI or someone who has flown with you.
Deadline for applications: must be submitted in full via email by November 30, 2023 (Award notification: by December 15, 2023)

The Sarasota Ladybugs Chapter is offering this scholarship on behalf of Lee & Nancy Buechler to a current Southeast Section 99s member, who is active in her 99s chapter and serious about her pursuit of a return to flying after an extended time away (minimum two years).
1. a 99s Chapter Chair or Co-Chair; and
2. your CFI or someone who has flown with you.
1. What is your level of financial need on scale 1 (low) and 5 (high) and why?
2. What flight school are you enrolled in, or would you use?
3. How frequently do you participate with your local 99s chapter and in what role?
4. How long was your absence from flying and why?

I have been an active CFI since 1998 and have accrued over 6000 of dual given. Previously I have been the Chief Flight Instructor at a Part 141 flight training school located at KBWI and also served as the Chief Flight Instructor at the first flight training academy in Nepal. Currently I am an independent Cirrus Instructor pilot with Platinum status.
